From the start this experience has been awesome the attention to detail and transparency on what we could expect and achieve by buying recliners handmade to our specifications has been awesome. The chairs arrived, and were delivered in perfect condition, positioned and the old ones were removed hopefully to the dump buried forever they were not a fabulous experience. The follow-up service has been spot on. I would recommend Becson furniture to anyone.
