10 Year Warranty Protection

10 Year Warranty on frame, seat foams & suspension

Becson Furniture warrants that within ten (10) years of the date of the original sale of this product to repair or replace (at its option) any part of the frame structure which, in the opinion of Becson Furniture, is defective in workmanship or materials.

This warranty does not apply to fabric or vinyl coverings, cushions, metal actions or seat webbing – separate warranties apply to these items.

Ask your retailer for advice prior to using any fabric protection products.

To obtain service under this warranty, report any problems to your retailer immediately.

This will apply only whilst the furniture is cleaned, cared for and maintained in accordance with the care and maintenance label supplied.

This warranty applies only to furniture used for domestic purposes by the original purchaser and is not transferable or assignable.

This warranty shall be rendered ineffective immediately if any repair work or alteration has been carried out by anyone other than Becson Furniture or its nominated repairer.

This warranty does not extend nor cover furniture which, in the determination of Becson Furniture, has been worn or damaged by willful act or misuse, negligence or inadequate or improper care.

Should it become necessary for the furniture to be returned to Becson Furniture for repair or replacement pursuant to this warranty, then all freight and insurance charges must be pre-paid by the purchaser unless Becson Furniture otherwise agrees in writing.

This warranty shall be construed as being subject to the provisions of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (as amended), to the extent that any liability hereby is expressly limited to the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods.
